FeximCo Canada Inc. Responsibility:
*Responsible for renting housing for the workers and fee for such services will be negotiated with the Employer. We will take full responsibility of housing for workers and we will charge as per agreement with employer.
*Will oversee the wellbeing of the workers recruited by us until their contract expires.
*Examine security, safety of workers during their stay in Canada
*Book and arrange flight schedule for the workers. Employer will pay the Air fare from the departure country to the country of employment.
*we will invite employers to conduct final interview if necessary or agreed on the contract.
Employers Responsibility:
*Service Charges or Commission as per Agreement to FeximCo Canada Inc.
*Wages to the worker as per Agreement plus any benefit
*House rent to workers *
*Benefits to the employees as per law of the land.
*Air fare initially or reimburse later on to employee.
Workers Responsibility:
*AAIT Fee for CAD $450.00 to the Government of Alberta if applicable, which is non refundable.
*Visa and work permit fee $150.00 or any other to the Government of Canada at time of getting visa from Embassy.
*Medical check expenses as per respective Canadian Embassy regulation and their recognized medical centre.
*Verification their documents, attestation, notarized and certified by the respective Government authority.
*Workers will pay Police Clearance for security check from the recognized agency of the country or international approved standard.
*Government fees or service charges of their native country.
*Any other charges to their country as per regulation of native country.
!!!Please note it takes on and average four to five months to complete the recruiting process including the workers arrival in Canada . !!!
